In the case of the 32 impacted sites, which are already under evaluation, the beneficiary native communities involved are the following:

Pastaza Basin: Nuevo Andoas, Nuevo Porvenir, Titiyacu, Los Jardines.

Corrientes Basin: José Olaya, Nueva Jerusalén, Antioquía.

Tigre Basin: 12 de Octubre, Marsella, San Juan de Bartra.

achievements

During 2021, 11 rehabilitation plans were approved out of 30 presented. These plans received more than 4,800 comments.

To date, 94 sites impacted by hydrocarbon activities have been prioritized.

A fund of more than S/. 321 million.

MINEM approved the first Rehabilitation Plan corresponding to S0115.

Institutionality: MOP, POA, guidelines, renegotiation of contracts.
