A complaint is a claim or protest made by a person or entity, due to a disagreement or dissatisfaction with any of the processes or services provided by Profonanpe.
The complaint may refer to workers, consultants and, in general, to the people and/or suppliers who provide services in and for Profonanpe.
Come to our office and you will be able to find the complaints mailbox. We are located at Av. Parque Gonzales Prada N°396, Magdalena del Mar – Peru.

A denunciation notifies that a crime has been committed, or that someone is the perpetrator of a crime, based on supporting facts or evidence.
The denunciation may refer to workers, consultants, and, in general, all persons and/or suppliers who provide services to and for Profonanpe.

Remember that you can file your complaint anonymously, so it is not mandatory to disclose your identity in the forms submitted in our virtual and face-to-face channel.
Likewise, if you consider it necessary, you may request protection measures.
