Accompaniment and strengthening of civil society organizations for the development of proposals.
First and second call for proposals to finance conservation projects in the hotspot, resulting in 7 small grants awarded (4 in Peru, 3 in Colombia), and 9 large grants awarded (3 in Peru, 3 in Colombia, and 3 in Bolivia).
Preparation and implementation of the 2022 Communications Plan for the Hotspot.
Reactivation and updating of the andestropicales.net website (20 articles/notes).
Reactivation of Facebook (46 posts) and Instagram (38 posts). Creation of LinkedIn (36 posts) and YouTube channel (13 videos published).
4 webinars (1st call with 65 participants, CONAP regional meeting with 51, Ecosystem Profile with 136, and 2nd call with 106).
Design and publication of communication products (general infographics, brochure with project portfolio, and complaints mechanism).

Elaboration of a Guide for small donations, oriented towards potential beneficiaries of the program.
