- The “First Congress for the exchange of experiences of ACRs” was promoted and co-organized at the national level, based in San Martín, which had the participation of more than 100 people, including representatives of regional governments, 22 ACRs, International Cooperation and civil society.

The 9 intervention zones of the project were visited to develop a diagnosis of the situation of the ACRs, as well as their sources and financing needs, from which an annual financing proposal for the ACRs was developed under the axes of management and monitoring of the areas and the effective control and surveillance of the territory.

Support was provided to the team of the Physical Base Functional Operational Unit of Sernanp for the design of a budget feasibility report model that satisfies the requirements of the MEF in budgetary matters, as part of the requirements to establish new ACRs.

The skills training program for the management of ACRs was designed, aimed at the staff of these areas.

The process culminated in the development of two proposals: one on the operational model for managing ACRs, and one on the profiles of key positions that should make up the ACR management teams.
