Prevention and struggle against corruption
Profonanpe manages a series of rules regarding the Prevention and Fight against Corruption that aim to prevent and combat fraud and corruption that may occur in relation to the use of funds during the preparation and/or execution of a project through Profonanpe.
These rules establish the general principles, requirements and sanctions applicable to the persons and implementing entities that receive funds administered by Profonanpe.
All individuals and entities that have entered into agreements with Profonanpe are subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph. In particular, they are obligated to implement appropriate measures to prevent and combat fraud and corruption related to the use of funds granted for the execution of programs and projects, whether through inter-institutional cooperation agreements or contracts.
