This competition seeks to promote and strengthen private ventures for the sustainable use of natural resources associated with protected natural areas, contributing to their conservation and generating local economic development.

This competition seeks to promote and strengthen private ventures for the sustainable use of natural resources associated with protected natural areas, contributing to their conservation and generating local economic development.

To natural and legal persons of Peruvian nationality with businesses established in the country that have been operating for more than 2 years, according to their registration with SUNAT:

  • Individuals with businesses.
  • Micro and small businesses.
  • Associations formed for the exploitation of natural resources.
  • Cooperatives established for the exploitation of natural resources.
  • Peasant and native communities.
  • Exploitation of continental and/or marine hydrobiological resources (arawana, taricaya, paiche, river shrimp, black clams, among others).
  • Use of wild flora and fauna resources (tara, chestnut, aguaje, butterflies, bush meat, vicuña fiber, among others).
  • Use of agroforestry resources (coffee, cocoa, honey, fruit trees, semi-permanent crops, among others).
  • Sustainable use of the natural resource landscape within the ANP or buffer zone (for expenses associated with lodging, food, interpretation, promotion, among others); carried out only by associations, cooperatives, peasant and native communities.
The results will be announced, approximately, from July 9, 2024.
