Through the Research Grant, the aim is to promote studies that contribute to developing a conceptual model for the "Sustainable Mala" sustainability project, driven by Compañía Minera Condestable and Profonanpe in the community of Mala.
The scholarship aims to generate proposals based on the frameworks of the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and/or Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), taking into account approaches such as the creation of shared value and the social license to operate, strengthening socio-environmental management and contributing to the sustainable development of the territory.

University students in their final year of studies and for graduates who have completed their studies in Economics, Social and Political Sciences, Management and Senior Management, and the various Engineering fields at a maximum of one and a half years old.
