Savia Ecological Products is a company that offers the market high quality eco-friendly products, such as biodegradable utilitarian products, which are made based on the sustainable use of natural resources from the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, directly from the hands of men and mainly women from the Amazonian communities neighboring the Reserve.
The lack of optimal conditions for the elaboration of the products by its workers and the impact of the pandemic in the enterprise, has affected the development of its activities, for which reason, by means of the present financing obtained, Savia plans to improve its productive conditions to continue elaborating biodegradable plates and sorbets made of natural resources used sustainably.
Pacaya Samiria National Reserve (Buffer Zone)
25 people, mostly women, from the Manco Capac Native Community and the San Pedro II Campesino Community in Requena, located within the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.
Improve productive conditions for the development of biodegradable dishes and sorbets, based on the sustainable use of natural resources in the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve - Loreto region.
