It is closely linked to the sustainable use of the natural resources of the Alpahuayo Mishana National Reserve (RNAM) Protected Natural Area (ANP) and aims to provide unique and unforgettable experiences of community life in Mishana and the natural environment offered by the Alpahuayo National Reserve, through ecotourism. In addition, they have been recognized by the RNAM's management, an operating license, and a certificate issued by the Civil Defense Department.

Beneficiaries:

El Chamizal Association of the Mishana Community: It is made up of 6 partners (4 men and 2 women) who are former residents of the Mishana community. The project is expected to build capacity to incorporate into the initiative a group of 6 young people (children and relatives of members between 20 and 30 years of age) who can take the lead in managing and leading the activities of the lodge. The lodge has a capacity of 12 beds distributed in 6 rooms with their own bathroom, a dining room and a small kitchen.

Partners:

Headquarters of the Allpahuayo Mishana National Reserve - Sernanp: Their contribution to the project will be to accompany the implementation of the beneficiaries' capacity building processes, complementing information on the environmental interpretation of tourist attractions and socio-cultural activities in the area.
District Municipality of San Juan Bautista: Provide technical assistance on issues related to component 2.
CITE Productive Maynas.
ITP Specialized technical entity of the Ministry of Production, whose purpose is to provide technical assistance for the development and implementation of sanitary protocols for tourism activities.

To implement a reengineering process in the tourism activity of the Chamizal Association of the Mishana Community, to redesign and reorganize its resources, strengthen the competencies of its human resources and optimize its procedures to establish adequate conditions. It aims to implement a safe and quality tourism operation, seeking to meet the needs of the new profile of visitors it seeks to serve, within the framework of the current context of COVID 19 and achieve the reactivation of the organization.

- Achieve the adequacy of the physical and logistical means in the tourism infrastructure to implement a logistical operation that provides visitors with comfort, safety and quality in the tourism services offered. - Strengthen the capacities of partners and collaborators in customer service and in the implementation of sanitary and safety protocols for tourist services in order to adapt the lodge's service to the expectations and demands of the new profile of visitors that they will receive. - Implementation of technological means for the dissemination and promotion of the tourism initiative in social networks, as well as the implementation of a virtual payment method.
