Bush meat processing
The Intuto Hunters Association promotes the sustainable use of bush meat (usually known as "bush meat," which is fresh meat, jerky and salted meat, mainly from huangana, majas and sajino) in the Pucacuro National Reserve, thus confronting unfair competition promoted by an illegal bush meat market that does not sustainably use the forest's resources.
In this sense, the association seeks to improve the conditions of its value chain to reduce product loss rates and thus increase its competitiveness and its offer to environmentally responsible customers.
