- By promoting the conservation of the buffer zone of the Abiseo River National Park and the care of the ecosystems, for which new producers will be incorporated into the sustainable value chain, whose plots are located within the buffer zone, who will be identified and diagnosed in sustainability practices, agroecology, etc. - Advise and train producers (both from the Abiseo San Martín Association and identified producers) in the development of agroforestry systems, agroecology, quality, organizational management and sustainability. - Assist the association's producers in the implementation of circular economy actions on their farms. - Implement fair trade and gender equity actions in the association, promoting women's participation in decision-making. - Implement a pilot plant for processing and storage of cocoa and derivatives in the offices. - Implement the “Bean-to-bar” model in the manufacture of chocolates, developing a document control system for each of its operations. - Improve the corporate image, implement a website for the company and strengthen digital marketing skills. - Professionalize product labeling and packaging.
