For the execution of the project to implement a trail through the treetops, the environmental criteria of consultants will be taken into account. The Inka Expeditions agency, led by Julio C. Tello, will provide advice on bird watching. In addition, together with the Nueva Cajamarca fire department, they will strengthen rescue techniques. The members of the Asociación Ecoturística Palestina Los Huacharos will be given priority for training and/or talks in order to formalize their status as tour guides. Finally, alliances will be formed with travel agencies in Tarapoto and Amazonas.

Expand the aerial trail through the treetops for adventure tourism activities and bird watching, connecting the tourist circuit of caves in Palestina. It also seeks to involve the surrounding population by generating employment and commitment to the suspension of extractive activities such as deforestation (“roso”) and indiscriminate hunting (“chapana”).
