Main
achievements

Implementation of the second Conserve Birds call for proposals, incorporating 7 new subgrants funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and expanding the territorial scope of the program.

Management of the initial execution phase, including the signing of agreements and making 7 disbursements in 2025.

Capacity building for new organizations through 3 induction sessions on technical-financial management, integrity and institutional tools.

Follow-up of the initial implementation through the review of 12 technical and financial reports and 4 field monitoring visits.

Contribution to conservation milestones, including the establishment of the Bajo Putumayo Yaguas Communal Reserve and the advancement of new protected area creation processes.
