Main
achievements

The implementation of co-design processes for the interventions to be carried out within the framework of the project was carried out by local actors and members of the boards of directors of the social organizations of the peasant community of Samanga.

There was active participation from the project's strategic partners such as CDKN –FLA, Condesan (part of the NIWS project) and FORASAN Piura.

Women's participation in interventions such as workshops and community work projects increased.

The awareness, consciousness and active participation (through the implementation of EbA measures) of secondary school students for the conservation and protection of ecosystems present in their locality was evident.

The implementation of gender-sensitive EbA measures was achieved for the installation of 3,600 linear meters of protective fences, respecting and promoting the continuity of ancestral practices of minga work.
