A regional training agenda was prepared and executed, including virtual sessions on gender in conservation and organizational action plans, which enabled the training of 45 partner organizations of RIT Andes Tropicales (exceeding the planned goal), 44 organizations to prepare their action plans with a gender perspective and strengthen institutional capacities to close identified gaps, with specialized technical support throughout the process.
