Development of the conceptual model for the sustainability project “Sustainable Mala”.

The proposal should focus on the design of a conceptual sustainability model applicable to the Mala Sostenible project. The research should address the following components:

  • Application of international reference frameworks such as ICMM, GRI and/or ESG, to guide the structure and principles of the conceptual sustainability model.
  • Analysis of the type of relationship between the mining company, the communities and local actors considering the mechanisms of participation, cooperation and joint management of the territory.
  • Proposal of a set of social, economic and environmental indicators that allow for the evaluation and monitoring of the performance of the proposed model.

This theme seeks to generate a methodological and applied contribution that guides the implementation of sustainable models of interaction between the mining sector, communities and the environment.
