{"id":44420,"date":"2025-05-19T15:28:47","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T20:28:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/profonanpe.org.pe\/?p=44420"},"modified":"2025-07-02T10:48:36","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T15:48:36","slug":"amazonas-se-prepara-para-prevenir-incendios-forestales-con-talleres-practicos-y-soluciones-sostenibles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/profonanpe.org.pe\/en\/amazonas-se-prepara-para-prevenir-incendios-forestales-con-talleres-practicos-y-soluciones-sostenibles\/","title":{"rendered":"Amazonas se prepara para prevenir incendios forestales con talleres pr\u00e1cticos y soluciones sostenibles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Foto: Autoridad Regional Ambiental de Amazonas<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con el objetivo de enfrentar una de las mayores amenazas ambientales y sociales de la regi\u00f3n Amazonas, el Servicio Nacional Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre (SERFOR) y el Gobierno Regional de Amazonas realizaron un taller de fortalecimiento de capacidades ante incendios forestales.Esta actividad forma parte de las acciones de la Mesa Regional de Control y Vigilancia Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre, que cuenta con el apoyo Profonanpe a trav\u00e9s del mecanismo financiero de la Declaraci\u00f3n Conjunta de Intenci\u00f3n (DCI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los talleres, realizados el 7 y 8 de mayo, reunieron a m\u00e1s de 30 participantes, entre servidores p\u00fablicos, l\u00edderes comunales y representantes de la sociedad civil, quienes fortalecieron sus capacidades para prevenir y responder a incendios forestales mediante alternativas sostenibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Un problema que exige acci\u00f3n inmediata<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los incendios forestales son un problema recurrente en el pa\u00eds: solo en 2024, se report\u00f3 la p\u00e9rdida de 41,146 hect\u00e1reas de cobertura vegetal y 11,644 hect\u00e1reas de cultivos a nivel nacional, seg\u00fan el INDECI. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, el Gobierno public\u00f3 el Decreto Supremo N.\u00b0 097-2024-PCM, que declara en estado de emergencia a los distritos de Amazonas, San Mart\u00edn y Ucayali, evidenciando la urgencia de implementar estrategias preventivas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-44427 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/profonanpe.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Taller-incendios-forestales-Amazonas-02-2-1024x632.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"494\" srcset=\"https:\/\/profonanpe.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Taller-incendios-forestales-Amazonas-02-2-1024x632.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/profonanpe.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Taller-incendios-forestales-Amazonas-02-2-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/profonanpe.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Taller-incendios-forestales-Amazonas-02-2-768x474.jpg 768w, https:\/\/profonanpe.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Taller-incendios-forestales-Amazonas-02-2-1536x948.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/profonanpe.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Taller-incendios-forestales-Amazonas-02-2-2048x1264.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taller pr\u00e1ctico de organizaci\u00f3n para la prevenci\u00f3n de incendios forestales, 8 de mayo de 2025 (Foto: Autoridad Regional Ambiental de Amazonas)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Acciones preventivas y de respuesta a los incendios forestales<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El taller\u00a0 uni\u00f3 presentaciones t\u00e9cnicas con demostraciones en campo lideradas por especialistas del SERFOR, para cumplir con los siguientes objetivos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar a conocer alternativas para no quemar en la zona altoandina y en la Amazon\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identificar y promover la responsabilidad y participaci\u00f3n de los actores locales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribuir en el fortalecimiento de los grupos y\/o comit\u00e9s interinstitucionales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De esta manera, los participantes recibieron capacitaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica sobre alternativas a la quema de rastrojos y pastizales, como el uso de residuos agr\u00edcolas para producir alimentos con biofertilizantes y la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas agroforestales. The United Kingdom joined in the addendum signed for the period 2021\u20132025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The DCI is led by the Ministry of the Environment and implemented by Profonanpe as the financial mechanism, with the participation of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, through SERFOR; the Ministry of Culture; the regional governments of San Mart\u00edn, Hu\u00e1nuco, Ucayali, Loreto, Amazonas, and Madre de Dios; and the indigenous organizations AIDESEP, CONAP, and ANECAP. It also receives funding from the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD).
