It is impossible to calculate the value of our protected natural areas.<\/b>. Each of these areas provides a wealth of resources and ecosystem services. Currently, at least 501% of our economy and over 801% of our exports depend on biodiversity. Thus, these spaces not only contribute to the health and nutrition of all Peruvians but also promote the country's economic and social development. This, combined with their immense cultural, scenic, and scientific value, makes them worthy representatives of our natural heritage.<\/span><\/p>\n

That is why, in the search to spread the value of the ANP and the importance of their conservation, the National Service of Natural Protected Areas by the State (<\/span>Sernanp<\/span><\/a>), in collaboration with <\/span>Profonanpe<\/span><\/a>, Peru's environmental fund, launches the national and multi-platform campaign "The most valuable home in the world", which showcases the wonder and value of our nature and invites everyone to connect with it.<\/span><\/p>\n

This campaign draws a very creative analogy between the amenities of a very expensive house and the luxuries found in our protected natural areas. Its launch will be available through the digital platform. \u00ab"The most valuable house in the world"\u00bb<\/strong><\/a><\/span>,<\/span> on social media and on the YouTube channel.<\/span><\/p>\n

With images of lush forests, voluminous waterfalls and beautiful animals, the aim is to strengthen the relationship between citizens and the conservation of these spaces, and to encourage nature tourism, an activity compatible with their protection and which represents one of the sources of financing that contributes to the development of protected areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

The images were produced in Yanachaga Chemill\u00e9n National Park (Pasco) and Tingo Mar\u00eda National Park (Hu\u00e1nuco). In addition to these protected areas, SERNANP manages 76 protected natural areas throughout the country. Many of them are ready to safely welcome tourists seeking a peaceful place to appreciate nature responsibly.<\/span><\/p>\n
