A complaint is a claim or protest made by a person or an institution, caused by a disagreement or inconformity with one of the processes or attention services provided by Profonanpe. Causes for a complaint are:

  • Non fulfilment of a procedure during the established period
  • Delay in payments for a service or work
  • Delay in the preparation of a contract
  • Poor attention or hostile attitude from one of Profonanpe’s staff
  • Others with similar characteristics.

The complaint may have a reference to a worker, consultant and, in general, all people / suppliers that lend services in and to Profonanpe
